Somehow this is my first Riot Fest, but boy was it fun. The location was Humboldt Park and it was a good sized venue.

We buy our way out of jail, but we can’t buy freedom” —http://www.lyrics007.com/Kanye%20West%20Lyrics/All%20Falls%20Down%20Lyrics.html
Why are you buying shirts that say “Fuck Bitches, Get Money” when most of you have never: a) fucked or b) gotten money?
I live, I learn.
Last week The Gaslight Anthem’s new album took the 16th spot on the US Billboard charts. That is fucking awesome and I hope for much continued success for the gang.
we’re concentrating on falling apart.
we were contenders, we’re throwing the fight
i just wanna believe, i just wanna believe,
i just wanna believe…
I’m really looking forward to the show. It’s at The Rave and in the big room. I’ve seen both before and they have never let me down. I’ll probably get a few beers in me before the show and then a few more there. Should be fun.
Okay, these people may not be freaks, but they sure do piss me off. It used to be occasionally there would be some n00b at a concert that wore the band that is playing’s shirt to the show. It is just ridiculous how often this happens now though. it seems to be even accepted. If you want to do that then go to see The Dead. Everyone will be wearing a dead shirt, most likely because it is their only shirt.
